The best equipment

One of the main reasons we can offer such high quality press tool services is we have access to all kinds of excellent equipment. Since our founding in 1972 we have made investments in our facilities and machinery. Today we have a full complex of premises with everything from millers and lathes to surface and cylindrical grinders, bandsaws, and jig borers. We also have our own presses, ranging in size from 60t to 250t.

On top of that we have facilities to provide welding, flame cutting, and heat treatment. This ensures we can cater for a huge array of specifications and materials.

We have also been quick to invest in new technology over the years. As a result we can offer modern solutions such as wire and spark eroding, fast hole drilling, and CAD design. This gives us the ability to cater for even more complex tooling requirements.

Sub contracting

As well as press tooling, we are happy to sub contract for a wide array of requirements. Clients can make use of any of our high quality equipment here to create a huge array of different products. We can even offer advice and recommendations.

Transportation

Finally, we can arrange to transport tools weighing up to 3.5t using our own vehicles. We can cater for all kinds of destinations across the UK and beyond here. If it is tooling larger than 3.5t, we can organise a suitable service with a third party transporter.
